Do you accept group orders?
Yes, please email us at orders@oviedoprintco.com with your specifications and we will get back to you within 24-48 business hours.
Please note: All group orders must be paid in one transaction (i.e., one person collects the money and completes the payment transaction).
Do you accept returns?
All items are made to order. Since we do not keep a stock of pre-made shirts, we do not accept returns.
Exchanges are managed on a case-to-case basis based on availability and will incur a restocking fee.
If you have a screen print or manufacturing issue with an item, please reach out to us so we can find a solution.
Can I order personalized merchandise?
Absolutely! Send us a message with what kind of customization you would like (i.e., number on sleeve/back, last name on the back, team name on the sleeve, etc.) and we will send you a personalized quote.
When can I expect to receive my gear?
Oviedo Print Company will deliver items to OVA within 1-4 weeks after order was placed. Orders in off-season may incur additional delays (July-November). Orders in off-season are typically completed at the start of the following month after ordering - example: if you order on September 14, expect to receive your item around October 7.
When ordering a Comfort Colors or Nike item, please add 5-7 additional delivery days.
